MERCIA POD
The Mercia Pod is part of the Godiva range of timber Garden Rooms, the standard building comes with a single fully glazed UPVc Door (1965mm x 856mm ) with an exterior finish in Black or Anthracite and with a white finish inside, there is a variety of PVCu Windows for you to add to your design at extra cost.
The Internal framing is 45mm x 70mm which enables the building to be easily insulated & boarded afterwards, this is something we could quote for at extra cost.
The roof is covered with a EPDM rubber membrane and has a boarded 1'6" overhang at the front with PVCu fascia's.
