RETREAT
The Retreat is based on the Regency but constructed in 70mm x 45mm framing, offering a traditional look with joinery quality georgian swept arch double doors and fixed windows either side, 6 pane on an 8' front and 9 pane on 10' and over, the roof has an extended overhang of 3'0" on the front.
Optional side windows are available in fixed or opening styles, and a 3'0" wide balcony with decking boards throughout can be added if required.
The doors are fitted with a mortice lock and black ornate hinges and handle although butt hinges and a chrome handle can also be an option, they are fully glazed as shown but can be half glazed if preferred at no extra cost.
